Cancellation Policy

Policy Terms:

This Cancellation Policy is an integral part of the Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") entered into between Vettx Inc. and the licensee ("You"). By agreeing to the terms of the Agreement, you also agree to the following terms regarding cancellation:

No Early Termination: You may not cancel the Agreement prior to the expiration of the term specified in the original Agreement ("Original Term"). If you attempt to terminate the Agreement early, you provide authorization to be charged a cancellation fee pursuant to the rest of your term and you will not be entitled to a refund of any pre-paid license fees or any other fees paid under the terms of the Agreement.

End of Term Cancellation: Upon completion of the Original Term, you have the right to discontinue the use of the software and terminate the Agreement. To cancel the Agreement at the end of the Original Term, you must provide Vettx Inc. with a written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before you wish to terminate the Agreement. The written notice should be sent to the designated Cancellation@Vettx.com provided in the billing authorization.

Effect of Cancellation: Upon effective termination of the Agreement, you must cease all use of the licensed software and destroy all copies, including electronic copies, of the software in your possession or control.
